About Infinity Functional Health

Hope is a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) - During her undergraduate nursing degree Hope developed a love for everything in health. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a rural emergency department. Here she gained experience in assessment, recognition, and treatment of a variety of illness states. Working in this setting with a passion for health, Hope was inspired to take her nursing practice to the next level by completing a master of nursing degree and becoming a family NP. While taking her masters degree, Hope was inspired by one of her instructors, of whom provided Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy treatment (BHRT). As an NP, Hope is following her passion, which is to improve health, not just treat illness.

Hope started her NP career working on a reserve in a home care clinic. This was a very valuable place to start because Hope gained experience working with people of a variety of ages, cultural backgrounds, and communication styles. Here she also learned that health is subjective, and based on the patient's own wants and determinants of health.

Hope Rabel - Infinity Hormone Health Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Hope's work experience, coupled with her exposure to hormone assessment and treatment during her degree allowed Hope to see a glaring hole in current health care services - hormone health is missing. Currently, the research on the provision of hormone health is lacking and biased. Hope sought advanced training in bioidentical hormone with Worldlink Medical taught by the renowned BHRT & TRT expert Dr. Neal Rouzier, MD because she believes BHRT to be a sound solution to the current gap in hormone health. BHRT combines the values of natural health solutions with current medical standards.

Working with Hope you will experience a different level of health care service. Hope believes that you are the expert of your own health and wellness. Therefore, she works with you as a partner to individualize and tailor your treatment to suit you and achieve your vision of optimal health.

Zahraa Bhimji NP

As a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for holistic health and patient-centered practice, I bring over 19 years of nursing experience in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care. My journey began with a family member who struggled with health issues all his life. His pain, motivated me to pursue advanced education and training in healthcare.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at University of Alberta. Motivated by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I furthered my education by earning a Master in Nursing (MSN) degree at University of Calgary and then a few years later a post Master Nurse Practitioner certification in adult primary care and gerontology from University of Toronto - providing me with a national perspective on health care delivery.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in diverse healthcare settings, including surgical units, coronary care unit, continuing care/home care, hormone clinics, and lastly addiction and mental health ambulatory care. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare delivery.

As an NP, I am dedicated to promoting health and wellness through preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based practice. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for the dignity of every individual.

I hold active licensure through CRNA and have World Health Link Level I certification in Biological Hormone Replacement Therapy and specialized training in Addiction and use of Neuromodulators for migraine management. I am passionate about learning new modalities for pain management and actively training in functional medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy puzzles, volunteering, watching science fiction and cherish spending time with my family and loved ones. I believe in fostering a balanced lifestyle that supports both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

“Life is short- living it fully and courageously in the service of others brings me joy”.
