At Infinity Functional Health, we believe that the answers you are seeking are already inside you, your body has the capacity to heal,  and that the path to wellness is as unique as you are.

Our health coach is here to support you with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration as you explore what’s possible for your health.

Health coaching isn’t about willpower or quick fixes. It’s about uncovering and addressing the root causes and modifiable lifestyle factors — like nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and mindset — that influence how you feel each day. Our goal is to help you build sustainable, personalized habits that align with your life and values.

Our Coaching Approach

Our health coach is certified by the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), a program rooted in the science of functional medicine, positive psychology, and behavior change.

This approach honors the whole person — not just symptoms — and is grounded in unconditional positive regard, non-judgment, and a belief in your innate ability to create lasting change. Coaching is a collaborative process that meets you where you are and walks alongside you as you move toward where you want to be.

What to Expect

Discovery Call (Optional)
A no-pressure call to explore whether coaching is the right fit for your needs.

Initial Coaching Session
A deep dive into your current experience, your goals, and the lifestyle patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, you'll co-create a realistic, step-by-step path forward.

Ongoing Support
Regular sessions at a rhythm that works for you — biweekly or monthly — with ongoing accountability, reflection, and encouragement. Coaching is often integrated alongside your care plan with your Nurse Practitioner to support true continuity of care.

Meet Our Health Coach Nancy Pipe

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I’m passionate about supporting people in the often-overlooked space between “knowing what to do” and actually being able to do it. That gap is where lasting change happens—and where compassionate, personalized support can make all the difference.

I became a health coach because I wanted to help others navigate their health journey with clarity, confidence, and a sense of possibility. My approach is rooted in honesty, authenticity, and deep listening. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where each person feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive in a way that’s truly aligned with who they are.

Outside of coaching, you’ll find me soaking in nature, finding joy in the little things, and not taking myself too seriously—my sense of humour is a big part of how I connect with people and bring lightness to even the toughest conversations.

I believe that with the right tools and support, sustainable change is absolutely possible—and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
